Inside the concept

The business challenge
Independent restaurants lose covers to delivery apps and listing sites. The concept had to make a thirty-eight-year-old room feel current, show the food properly and keep booking one tap away.
The design solution
A dark, atmospheric hero carries real room photography with a persistent booking bar. The menu is split into scannable sections with chef's recommendations first, and the story of the kitchen sits behind it to justify the price.
Included
Features designed in
- Full-bleed hero with sticky 'Book a table' action
- Sectioned menu with chef's recommendation cards
- Kitchen and founder story for authenticity
- Gallery, reviews and events pages for repeat visits
Why it works
Bookings, menu and location are reachable from any scroll position, so the page works equally well for a planned dinner and a hungry passer-by on mobile.
